Refund policy

At Vogue Lashes, we take pride in the quality of our products. All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To process your return, we require:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video showing the defect

• The product in its original, unused condition and packaging

Once your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.

Note:

• We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind or personal preferences.

• Used or opened lashes cannot be returned.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
